Probation Information

• The Kansas 14th Judicial District Court Services’ primary duty is serving the court, the court process, and public safety. Services include:
  • Adult and Juvenile Probation Supervision
  • Bond Supervision
  • Domestic Mediation / Investigations
  • Presentence Investigation
• Our purpose is to carry out the orders of the Court in a timely, professional, and ethical manner consistent with community interests.
• The conditions of Probation are in accordance with the laws of Kansas. (KSA 21-6607)
• Probation from serving a sentence is an act of grace by the sentencing judge and is granted as a privilege, not as a matter of right.
